Mission Shaped Ministry Flexi course – (msm flexi)

This flexible version is specifically designed for teams and Lightwave groups already serving in mission together. You choose the venue, the modules you want, and the order you do them. The training is delivered using expert trainers and coaches who will also help you to teach some of the modules yourselves. 

​

Depending on the capacity of the Lightwave team, you can start whenever you like. The course is delivered flexibly with a group from local churches at your mutually agreed dates.

​

If you are participating in msm flexi as part of the requirements for the Alternative Ordination Pathway, we will fit in with the deadlines prescribed by that course.

Lightwave Small Group Leader Training

​

We run training for Leaders and Potential Leaders of Lightwave Groups from time to time throughout the year. This 3 session course trains Lightwave group leaders and helpers by enabling them to experience and model the life of a Lightwave group. These are groups which do life together - worship, serve, learn from the bible, pray and help new people to find faith too.  Our usual course is 6 sessions so in this online shorter version, you will need to do a bit of reading to fit it into a shorter time frame.  Come prepared to learn, to laugh, to pray and be both supported and challenged.  This course is free of charge.
