thy kingdom come

TKC Transparent.png

13th - 23rd May

A global prayer movement for 10 days between ascension day and pentecost

Our Father,

who art in heaven,

hallowed be thy name,
thy kingdom come,

thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,

and forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us,

and lead us not into temptation,

but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

"Thy Kingdom Come is a global prayer movement that invites Christians around the world to pray for more people to come to know Jesus. What started in 2016 as an invitation from the Archbishops of Canterbury and York to the Church of England has grown into an international and ecumenical call to prayer."

The Cheeky Pandas Series is an 11-part fun-filled and Bible based series, with songs, animated stories, prayer and interviews with special guests including Bear Grylls and Gemma Hunt. All the songs are available to be used as separate lyric and action videos, and each episode is accompanied by an activity pack and family service plan.

This is a free resource for children and families, to be used in church services (both in-person and digitally), children’s ministry, in schools assemblies and at home. Please see an information sheet that includes a synopsis for each episode, which we hope will be helpful to churches as they plan their hybrid digital and in-person service content for after Easter. You can view/download the first episode here, see the accompanying activity pack here, and family service plan here.
