making Jesus visible through loving action

Loverural is a simple initiative about “making Jesus visible through loving action” in the Suffolk Countryside. We want to form a small but dynamic interdenominational team to:

a) Draw attention to the enormous role of the rural Christianity in building social capital
b) Connect projects and congregations in the countryside including those of of different streams and denominations so that good rural practice can be shared and mutual support offered
c) Enable those engaged in Christian-based social action to gain confidence and wisdom in how to make exploration of the Christian faith accessible to those engaging with their initiatives.

Love Rural was launched at Otley College at the Annual Meeting of Churches Together in Suffolk on 6th February 2020, if you have any questions or would like to find out how to get involved you can contact any member of our team by clicking here

We would love to hear all about social action initiatives taking place across Suffolk, so please don't hesitate to get in touch if you want your story shared.
